These terms apply to your use of onebodyoneface.com.au and to any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
One Body One Face is a brand of Peachy Business Pty Ltd (ABN 70 608 179 308, ACN 608 179 308), an Australian private company. One Body One Face is a registered business name of that company. You can reach us at hello@onebodyoneface.com.au. Our postal address is PO Box 6219, Frankston VIC 3199.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we suspect fraud, or the delivery address is outside Australia. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
- Please check your order confirmation carefully. If something is wrong, contact us within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Peachy Business Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST. No GST is charged on your order and our invoices do not include a GST component.
- Payment is taken by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.
Shipping and delivery
- We ship within Australia only.
- Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, however many items you buy.
- We aim to dispatch within 2 business days of your payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- Parcels are sent with Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not within our control.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can resend it once you pay the postage again.
Returns and refunds
Our full Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. In short: if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is meant to, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and we will make it right. If you simply change your mind, we can help within 30 days provided the product is unopened and unused.
Using our products
- Our products are cosmetics for external use only.
- Patch test on a small area of skin before using a product for the first time.
- Read the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
- Stop using a product and seek advice from a health professional if irritation occurs.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Intellectual property
ONE BODY ONE FACE is a registered Australian trade mark (registration number 2009389) owned by Peachy Business Pty Ltd. The text, images, product photography, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
This website
- We take care to keep product descriptions, ingredients and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error.
- Colours can appear differently between screens, so product photography is a guide rather than an exact match.
- The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
- We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Liability
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

How we collect and handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
