Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.
What it costs
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, however many items you buy. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on shipping or on your order.
When we dispatch
We aim to dispatch within 2 business days of your payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Parcels are sent with Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not within our control. As a general guide, Australia Post quotes 2 to 6 business days for most metropolitan addresses and longer for regional and remote areas.
Getting your address right
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can resend it once you pay the postage again.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is damaged in transit, let us know within 7 days of delivery at hello@onebodyoneface.com.au with a photo of the parcel and the product, and we will replace it or refund you. Returns, refunds and change of mind are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy. Our Terms and Conditions apply to every order.
